Re: Colon Hydrotherapy help Enema Addiction?

Hi tierra,

My immediate impression on reading your post is that you could be dehydrated. My suggestion would be to increase your water intake to something like 8 glasses of water a day, spread though out the day.

I really wouldn’t consider your case an addiction to enemas. I have taken daily enemas for considerably longer than 3 months. I know of people who are taking daily enemas for 20 or more years and they are in excellent physical shape.

However I would change your plain water enema to either a saline solution or a baking soda solution. On the occasion when you feel constipated even after the daily enema take a soapsuds enema. I would try to do without your saline suppository.

I take 1 capsule of Primadophilus Bifidus orally and use 1/8 of a teaspoon of Acidophilus powder in a cup of water for a retention enema. I would do this every 2 or 3 days, not daily.

As far as Colon Hydrotherapy I can’t see any harm to it but then I don’t think it will help your situation.

Also please make sure that you take a large volume enema, 2 liters or more, for a complete cleanse. Please read my blog titled “My challenge”, link below.

I hope this helps.
