I know what your talking about I can't take it anymore my body rejects it. I don't even like grapefriut any more when I use too love it. Now I gag when I have grapefruit juice!
I want to do another flush but..... because I hurting again.
Lemon & oil I too got the best results with the slow method. Clarks method made it easier for awhile but now I can't do that either. Iam thinking of getting a funnel and putting it too the back of my throat and let it all slide down my throat like when you funnel a beer. That way I don't taste it or smell it. Tweet
