Tim's DayTime Flush?

Tim...so you take your 2nd dose of Epsom Salts AFTER your olive oil/grapefruit mix? How long after? Interesting... At what time at night do you start to eat...or do you not eat until the following day? And do you take more Epsom Salts later on in the day? (so many questions I know...but I might want to try your day time flush...tossing and turning during the night is definitely no fun) Can you give full details and timings?
