I'm still fairly new here also. I have done parasite cleanses off and on for a couple years. Been 6 months since I did it the last time. I jumped right in and did the liver cleanse... got out about 30 pea size dark green balls. I wasn't sick but the epson salts do not taste good. I followed about 2 weeks later with the 2nd liver cleanse with another 30 or so pea size balls. I then started the bowel cleanse. Been on it for about 2 weeks. Looking forward to the ropes. Everyone has a little different experience. I think you need to go with your gut instinct. Our higher self (for each of us) helped us find this website for information...trust them to lead you to what is best for you. In other words follow your intuition. Tweet
