veteran flushers

Hello all.....I posted a message earlier as newbie and didn't get much responses. So I will ask a different question. Does anyone try there first flush without preping ie. the parasite flush and fasting for a couple days. I would like to start tom. with Epsom salt, apple juice and OO.But not sure if i should dive right in? Tweet
