Re: Thoughts after my 5th flush

I think I have had gallbladder pain for some time, not realizing what it was. I thought it was stress and tension, and since I tend to tense up when I experience pain then I think they are related in my case, anyway. My last few flushes were incredibly disappointing, nausea and very few if any stones. I didn't always do a parasite cleanse and I'd cut back on the epsom in the a.m. so I think that contributed to not much happening. My first flush and this one are the best I've had. The reason that I put down that the discomfort is gone for now is that it may come back as stones travel from my liver to the gallbladder but I fully intend to flush again in a couple of weeks barring illness or incident. (I have to flush in the middle of the week since my kids are in ballgames on weekends.) Don't give up! Keep at it! That's what I've learned.
