Maybe someone with comparable stats can give you a better answer but it really depends on you. I'm fit but 15 lbs overweight with a fairly healthy diet. I can fast and work at the same time, no problem. If someone is very unhealthy, you absolutely need to be home and rest. It sounds like you are in between so maybe try starting on a Friday and going through the weekend, see how you feel or do a series of short fasts, such as or 2 days weekly. These can help slowly heal and help you with your appetite and in between eating. Good luck!
