For those with the big D [diabetes] or insulin resistance, there are lower glycemic ways to interpret the Moreless protocol.

It DOES gradually reverse insulin resistance, as long as one DOES NOT CHEAT with the crummy processed foods that caused the problem. For these two conditions, even a little of the problem foods is TOO MUCH! They will either seriously delay healing or cause a setback, depending on how much one has cheated. Also such "cheating" is often the cause of otherwise inexplicable weight gain on this protocol.

Wonder if it might be helpful to collect info regarding a low glycemic form of the Moreless protocol in one place???
