Help! Had amalgams removed this week and dentist did not use any precautions

To make a long story shorter I had a lot of dental work done in the past 2 weeks and I had 3 of my last 4 Amalgam fillings replaced with composite( 1 left on a molar top left right now)
when i had it done the dentist used no precaution and afterwards i found several mercury "chips" in my mouth and rinsed several times before i swallowed but i think i inadvertently swallowed some.

Since then things have gotten worse. I have already been labeled in the past 2 years with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy narcolepsy, complicated migraines,adrenal insufficiency, Crohn's disease, and now the drs suspect lupus.

since i had these fillings done my life has become H**L. My scalp itches so badly i have to alternate between pouring tea tree oil and salicylic acid on it. My pain ahas increased 10 fold also my Body Odor has become very strong and I sweat profusely despite my freezing cold feet and low body temp. I have a metal taste in my mouth, all of my teeth hurt horribly, i itch all over especially at night, even where i have no plaques, even in my ears at night itches. I am so irritable and i have developed this anger that is just scary. I went and bought some chlorophyll because I remembered taking it years ago. But i am lost at what to do. I have the 1 filling left becase the dentist said i need a root canal and i refuse. I'd rather lose the tooth but it is the last molar i have up top on the left. I already have to get a lower partial because i had several baby teeth pulled a few years ago that had no permanent teeth underneath and also i had two large mercury fillings in teeth on the bottom that " needed root canals" and i instead had the teeth pulled. I also need to have my last wisdom tooth pulled on the bottom but i am scared more dental work will make things worse.

I am so lost. I have had so many lab works, spinal taps, mris , etc and all i get is another diagnosis and no relief. My dr just prescribed me 10mg daily of prednisone and is trying to put me on humira. i took enbrel for 4 months but stopped when i developed pvcs and pleuritis. I refuse to take that poison again . My problems are so much worse since having the work done but i thought it would help me. I am extremely exhausted in the afternoons again which I know to be my adrenals and thyroid malfunctioning badly again.

does anyone know what to do if i still have the 1 mercury filling in? Should i just get it pulled? Honestly I'd rather lose the tooth then deal with the poisoning more.

I'm considering fasting but i need to be cautious as i am "pre diabetic" but hypoglycemic. I am anxious to find relief though. i will be ordering humaworm this week as well.
