you poor thing, have you ever done any cleansing? like Liver Flushing etc. I am not an expert as i am sure many other replies you get are, but i know there are many like you and i have a similar but not so bad picture,i have spent the last 2 years doing liver flushing, kidney and bowel cleansing, it really did kick start my thyroid, and i have started magnetic clay baths and HMD a herbal heavy metal detoxifier, (cilantro, chlorella) this is also good for regulating blood Sugar if you are pre diabetic,
i had dental work done 3 months ago and had the same chronic fatigue in the afternoons, i am afraid that it may last for a while, typically days to 2-3 months. I had a lot of acupuncture to help me get back to near normal and then started on the above regime. i expect your diet is very good as i am sure you know it is s pre requisite if you want to try and get your health back. loads of fruit and veg are natural detoxifiers.
Dr klinghardt is heavily into heavy metal toxicity, you may want to ;look at his site. well thats some stuff for u to be getting on with, i hope u get lots more help and i am sure you will be able to start on the road to recovery. and one more thing Andreas Moritz . i am not sure how much money you have but you could phone him, read his book, particularly Timeless secrets of health and rejuvenation, and look at his website, full of info, ener-chi wellness centre i think , or search old posts on this site on his pages.

I've been in the same situation. My dentist used a drill with a water jet, and gave me fresh air to breathe but didn't remove the mercury fillings in order. I also had issues with vaccines previously. I got really sick. I made a lot of progress but still not 100%.

You are the best judge of how to proceed, but I can help. The number 1 priority right now is to cleanse your kidneys & liver and get yourself healthy enough to start chelating. Depending on how bad you are, chelation my make you sicker. Take the chelation slow and focus on cleansing at first. Chelation frees up mercury stored in your body tissues, which is good, but your body may not be able to eliminate the free mercury, which is bad. One thing that helped me in the beginning was supplements that reduce the mercury level from your bloodstream but are not true chelators. Two things that kept me going until I could do chelation, were modified citrus pectin and detox foot pads. I'm sure there are plenty of Curezone posts on both of these topics. Another thing that helped was Bentonite clay baths. I actually bought a kiddie pool and took Bentonite clay baths in a one bedroom apartment. Clay helps, but I think clay baths are overkill. A foot soak in clay helps just about as much and is a lot easier to clean up. You can't pour Bentonite clay down the drain, because it will coat your pipes. You have to dump the water somewhere outdoors. Another reason to do foot soaks, it is a lot easier to clean up. You can buy bentonite clay at any health food store. The best that I have used is Pascallite at http://www.pascallite.com


Go to the Liver Flush Forum and research liver flushing. Epsom Salt made me violently ill. If Epsom Salt doesn't agree with you use magnesium citrate for your flush instead. You can clean your kidneys with parsley tea. Buy a bunch of parsley at your local grocery. Boil a quart of water. Shut off the heat, wad up the parsley and drop it in the water. Cover and drink when warm.

Two other issues you may have to deal with are parasites and leaky gut. Mercury and heavy metals weaken your body and make it a playground for parasites. As soon as you are able to do a liver flush, you should start attacking parasites. I would recommend herbs, many formulas are available. Curezone also has a parasite\drug forum if you are so inclined. If you have parasites you also have leaky gut. Curezone also has a leaky gut and Celiac forums to assist.

Something that will help you out at any stage of your detox/chelation is to keep your body PH alkaline. I don't bother with testing tapes to check my PH but I do take apple cider vinegar every day. juicing vegetables will also help regulate your PH. Kombucha Tea will help even more, but you have to be careful with kombucha in your situation. Kombucha can chelate metals as well as regulate your PH. If kombucha makes you feel bad, don't take it for awhile.

If you are up to it, you can begin chelating. Some of the chelators use regularly are EDTA suppositories (Detoxomin brand), and R+ Alpha Lipolic Acid.

I just had my Amalgams replaced the last three weeks of Nov…with little protection from the mercury removal. I’ve been using IP6. The last month my kidneys have been increasing with serious pain to the point I figured my life was ending soon. I tried all of my “cures” nothing worked…and then I remembered zeta water that I just haven’t had any in some time …starting drinking lots of it and quit all other personal treatment vitamins/supplements… ..ALL stuff…the pain decreased in a few hours and has continued this is my forth day…and the kidney pain is almost gone. I’ll start back soon with some added treatments for the mercury but not for a while longer..cause it feels good not to hurt right now.
