Wow you went two years eatting like that? Remarkable will power. What you need is a more realistic plan of eatting less perfect. But say 65% healthy. Not 100%. Water Fast is no where as hard as eatting correctly. Why? Because after 3-5 days it cheats by taking your appetite for anything nevertheless bad food. So doing what you did is WAY harder. I have tried and failed everything. But
Water Fasting I did the first attempt. Find a sport you like better than running. like tennis, volleyball, racquetball, basketball what ever! You should not have to push yourself to exercise it should be the other way around. You should have to push yourself to take a rest from it! Trust me it's not you! Just chose a less hard path.
