Can not use olive oil for cleanse - will canola do?
Firstly, thank you in advance to those who post replies!
I found this site just over a week ago and it is the first place/source of information that I have found that actually addresses all my concerns and me wholistically. I have gathered so much information from so many different sources over the years and this is the first place that actually integrates it all together in the one place and offers an abundance of action plans to be tailored to each individual. I am excited.
I have a number of
food allergies and intolerances - wheat, gluten, dairy, soy,
preservatives , colourings, scilycillates, amines and others.I currently eat a very simple and restricted diet.
Taking even a small amount of olive oil, for example the amount you would have as a dressing on a salad, is enough to make me feel very sick and give me the beginnings of a migraine.
I can however, tolerate canola oil - at least I have had no reactions with the small quantaties I typically use. Will the liver cleanse work as well using canola oil?
I am currently on day 10 of the lemonade, B&P fast with salt flushes in the morning and I am consuming litres and litres of water. So far it has gone very well. I had some shakiness and dizziness for about an hour on day 3, but other than that my energy levels have been high and my weight incredibly stable and I feel better all the time. I am very happy with my weight remaining so stable. I found the whole idea of fasting for any period longer than a couple of days quite shocking in the beginning and was afraid of physically fading away and disappearing. The whole concept of extended fasting was just completely new to me.
I am currently looking at doing a cleanse tonight and then continuing with my fast and doing another cleanse at its completion. I cannot yet tolerate the tincture for
parasite cleansing. I immediately feel incredibly sick and get a headache that lasts the rest of the day. I think the scillycillate levels are just too high at the moment.
Well, that's where things are at. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
