Re: Can not use olive oil for cleanse - will canola do?

I have heard good results with:
Almond Oil
walnut Oil
Olive oil Flavored (yummy) this company has a
Orange oil/Olive oil mix
Lemon oil/Olive oil mix

I tend to like the orange mix one better when
using the lemon juice..mmmmmm
It's a little pricy so I use it mixed
1/2 & 1/2 with a 100% Olive oil..
still taste better than plain any day

How I mix it:
I use a 16 oz plastic soda bottle
I pour the lemon juice in
I pour the olive oil in
put the lid on & shake it... EZ to mix
Drink, Chug, Drink
Throw the bottle away ... NO Clean up
