Thanks for your reassurance. I felt pretty wiped out for the first 2 days, but WOW what energy today. I'll certainly be doing another flush in 2 weeks. Watch this space.
By the way, is it possible to continue normal daily routine in the process of the flush? I had to be near a bathroom for two and a half days.
Keep on posting guys.
