I am 28 years old. I have been suffering from gall stones for about a year even though I just found out I had them. The first thing my doctor said was that I should have elective surgery. A 50 year old friend of mine has recently had emergency gallbladder surgery for a gangrenous surgery. Also, a friend's wife had had her gallbladder removed after suffering for a long time and was singing the praises of surgery. My stones were confirmed after eating a fast food hamburger my husband brought home for dinner. Anyway, everyone was telling me to have the surgery, that my body doesn't need the gallbladder anyway. Well, why don't the doctors take my appendix and tonsils while they're at it! If I've got something, I must need it. A friend told me about the flush and then I went on the web to research it. I also told my mom about it (she's going to try it next week). People tried to dissuade me from doing the flush, saying that it was dangerous. How could it possibly be dangerous? If you can pass a peanut, you can surely pass a small mushy pea. The first time I did it, I got results - at least 3-5 small green peas. I did again just to make sure, and because I was still having some side pains. People doubted they were stones. What else could they have been? I hadn't eaten any peas in months. And I had only had pasta the day before. I am now stone free. In fact, the ultrasound technician asked me for the recipe and the name of the website I found it on - she thought it might have some interesting recipes for other ailments.
