A large part of my life is outside, I have an organic vegetable garden, two horses, dogs and a bunch of chickens. Going inside is not always an option. I don't ride the horses when the trails covering the sky, and I do go in some. I use H202(food grade) three percent, I spray my skin down, and swab the inside of my nose with it. I now always have some oil on my skin, even without the chemtrails Fl is the fungus capital of world, IMO. So keeping some anti fungul oil on the skin is important. Coconut or olive, coconut mixed with Iodine is good. The stuff I had was like flesh eating bacteria at one point. Just eating me alive. Watch your skin in this state. I swab the inside of my nose with the H202, and ozonated olive oil if I have it. I also have an ozonator for the house. For your skin, you can go to Salt spring in ocala, that was one of the best things I did for mine. Where there is a problem, God gives a solution. Plus this place is awsome. It takes me two and half hours to get there. It is so worth it. I could meet you there, lol.
