Yum yum! We used to make those health smoothies years ago. My kids still love them and freeze bananas. It's one of the few health choices that actually sank in. I'm on the atkins diet and we make ours up with cream but don't use the fruit juices. If we are careful we can do that and still stay within our diet. It's not as yummy or healthy but it's still healthier than store bought junk. In fact I bet I could do that on the night of a flush. Except that once I've taken that laxative I'm not hungry:)
