Diet question, need help...
This really isn't a
Liver Flush question, but I've been posting in here a while and I like all of you guy's advice.
Anyway,
I have a really bad yo yo dieting habit. One week I eat healthy, the next week I eat bad (totally bad). I just can't seem to stay away from the "
foods that kill ", because they simply taste sooo good to me. The times I'm not eating healthy I tend to eat whatever is available and fast, and I like to socialize with friends at Chilie's, asian noodle restaurants ( I love Pad Thai Noodles!), mexican and other restaraunts.
How have you guys overcome the urges of tasty foods? I understand healthy foods can be tasty, but honestly it's just not as good as the bad stuff, it just isn't. I guess once you get used to it, you won't turn back, but I can't seem to make the lifestyle change for more than a week! It is really bad when I'm starving and I can't get home to my healthy food, I end up just eating whatever.
Anyway, I want to do all these cleanses, but it's no use if I just go back to an un
healthy Diet that I seem to not be able to control. Please offeer any valuable advice.
