lol, very true, I have the odd roll your own cigarette (tobacco) and was at the golf course on the weekend. After 18 holes of golf, (I walked the course with my buggy), I was having a smoke outside the club house. I don't smoke at all on the course during the game, it ruins my focus. I had a very overweight, diabetic, hypertensive guy (who did the course in an electric cart) make a point of waddling up to me to tell me how bad it is to smoke. I looked at him and laughed right in his face. He then proceded to tell me that he didn't want his tax dollars wasted on my future health needs because I smoke. I laughed again, as he tried to get his breath back and turned red in the face. I've given up defending my choices to these people, their tax dollars are safe as I wouldn't use the 'health' system anyway, no matter how sick I was.
