The apple juice you are talking about---which flush are you planning on using?

As far as the pain and discomfort, there should be very little. But, just remember how great you will feel when you are stone free!!!! Then keep on flushing!

As far as fear, there should be none! I was a little apprehensive when I did my first flush. But that quickly turned into excitement when I began to see the results!!
