Cheerios and shredded wheat are considered to be whole grains, though, so they are complex carbohydrates. I might try to have only protein for breakfast, but I want to see how well cereal works for me first.
I have been doing some research on glycemic index and glycemic load and I have some questions about it.
For candida, do glycemic index and glycemic load also matter? Even if a food is high in carbs, if it has a low glycemic index or load, it would make it less problematic?
What would you say is a good range for glycemic load for candida diets?
