Cereal


I know a lot of candida websites say that cereal is bad, but I need to get a cereal for breakfast because it's the fastest thing that I can eat in the morning, but I need to know which one would be okay for candida. There are 2 that seem appealing to me. One is cheerios (normal kind). It only has 1 g of sugar per serving and it is made of oats, and 1 bowl would be about 3 servings, so it would be about 3 g of sugar every morning (and that would be all the sugar I get for the day). Would eating a very small amount of sugar every day cause any problems for the candida?

Another option I am considering is shredded wheat cereal, which only contains whole grain wheat and no sugar whatsoever. It has about 40 g of carbs per serving, and it would be around 100-120 g carbs per bowl (whereas cheerios would only be 60 g of carbs per bowl). Would this be okay?
