Re: Phytoestrogens vs Iodine Supplementation Question

Olive leaf is a great anti- parasite herb. Don't worry about the phytoestrogens.I would recommend to stop taking synthetic iodine. Synthetic Iodine cannot be used by the body. I suggest trying some Black-Walnut hulls (tincture or raw hull). Black-Walnut s are not only strongly anti- parasite but they are a source of LIVING Iodine whereas Lugols ect. is DEAD and synthetic. Check out the barefoot herbalist. He has some great Iodine products if that is your concern. I'm not affiliated with him by the way. If you don't want barefoots (http://www.barefootherbalistmh.com/) products then you can get some Black-Walnut hull at http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/
for a very
reasonable amount.
