The first thing I ate was chicken noodle soup. Mostly the broth, plus some of the noodles. That was Wednesday morning, then in the afternoon I had about 3 tablespoons of rice. Yesterday, more noodle soup, then 2 eggs last night.
I drink water all day long. I always have to have something to drink beside me. When it's hot, I can drink 7 or 8 bottles a day. But now that it's cold, I've probably slipped back to 5-6.
I feel like I could get sick at any minute. But I did come to work, so obviously it doesn't hurt crazy bad.
Would ginger help? I'll have to check at the health store for the horn of rhino.
