Please list your complete diet?

Is there anything that u avoid in your diet like brinjal, chicken ........etc?

Please give us the complete medicine names that you took during the recovery time?

How much time and how many time you do yoga daily?

Is your naturopath follows siddha or ayurvedha or chinese or any other rules?
