I appreciate the suggestions. I have only done 2 juice fasts and to be honest i found them more difficult than the water when it comes to desiring food. I have been doing consistent Epsom Salt soaks, as well as enemas frequently, yet still no budge. I am not experiencing any symptoms yet, such as overall body pain, lack of energy or dizziness, (as i have felt "reliving" the toxins being on their way out in past fasts)
I will definitely keep track of my physical activity though, thanks again- and good luck with your fast!
(oh and i am a 23yr old female..... so i will double check my dates and see if it is a cycle thing.... who knows?)
