I've had the insomnia a long time. But, I think it has gotten worse recently because I sort of embraced it.. I didnn't even worry about stayig up all night, and then when I was so sleepy, I should have gone to sleep I would want to stay awake for some reason,like a kid who doesn't want to go to bed, lol.
But, I have been reading about the importance of sleep. It orchestrates so many chemical functions. It is dumb of me to not get enough. Laying there sleeping for 8 ours is almost unimaginable right now. But, our body's need it to function properly.
I know the 1 mg. sublingual melatonin from GNC helps me. I also just got a supp. from my doctor called Serene. It has 5HTP in it and it helps too.
