Sounds like die-off to me. Udo's I think is supposed to be pretty strong. I'm on a parasite cleanse right now and I have had a lot of stomach gurgling and a couple of instances of diarrhea, but it doesn't last. Maybe try toughing it out for a few days? Good luck.
