Wow! Kathryn, thanks for all the info. It is very interedting. I am definately going to follow what you suggest. Some other people I talked to also said I was starting out way too quickly. I will start doing a log and see how I feel as I try this again. I guess I will do a veggie blend in the morning and I fruit later in the day or vice versa, but I will not mix the two. (Why is it not good to mix the two together? I saw that in earlier posts but I didn't see an answer.) I will also keep using milk as my base because I do blend it and I don't think carrots would offer enough liquid. It really isn't that bad, knowing what I've already done, the fruit should taste like a watery milkshake and the veggie like Ranch salad dressing...the beet sounds a little freaky, tho.

Oh, and congrats on your 26 year "no throw up" run. I have 2 years to go before I get to my Silver Anniversary. If I didn't have the cheap date and even cheaper bottle of booze at age 16 I would be beating you.
