Hi 'just try it'....Let me tell you a little secret. I have a tummy that is strong
as an ox...as far as never giving me 'nausea' is concerned. I am 59 years old...
and have not thrown up in 26 years. Not one little smidgen.
But if I drank the mixture you posted...I shudder to think what would happen...and
EIGHT GLASSES IN ONE SITTING!!! Oh my goodness gracious sakes alive!!! :-/

First of all...you are NEVER supposed to mix any fruit with your veggie juice EXCEPT apple. You're trying to save time...no doubt...but all you're doing is making a big bucket of YUCK! AND THEN DRINKING IT!!! What other forms of self torture do you take part in? :-) Just teasing.....

Ok...a few facts:
Juicing is the absolute fastest way to turn your health around!

Veggie juice is mainly healing...but can be cleansing, also.
Fruit juice is mainly cleansing...but can be 'healing' also.

You can have a severe case of the blah's today...just feeling sluggish...heavy...
bloated, brain fog...etc...and 2 days from now...'feel' light as a feather and energetic...in spite of no weight loss...no medications of any kind...and just from
the foods you eat and juice.

Start a little slower...and start a journal. Plan ahead and start again tomorrow.
Write down today...exactly how you feel...do the same first thing in the morning.
First thing in the morning...roll a lemon on the cabinet and get it really soft...
squeeze it in a cup of warm water and drink it down.

THEN juice 4 or 5 carrots...
one apple...
a handful of parsley...
a handful of spinach...
1/2 small beet if you have it...along with 2 or 3 of the leaves.
THAT'S IT FOR NOW...just drink one glass ... or whatever that makes...it makes
about one big glass full for us.
FORGET the orange juice concentrate....the CARROT JUICE is your base! And it's
delicious. If you can't find organic...try to find Green Giant carrots...they
are delicious...no twang at all...

Throughout the day...just munch on Celery sticks...cucumbers...carrots...

Eat very healthy through the day...and keep it light. No sugar...no processed foods,
etc.
By day 2 write down how you feel when you get up and get awake. You will not believe the difference.

You are doing wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much...and you're not doing your
body any real good by doing what you're doing.

Hope this helps...juicing can and will change your life for the better, even
though you have no real health complaints now. kathryn
