I know "triphala" because I am originally indian and know lot of ayurvedic medicines. The problem is you don't get ayurvedic herbs in australia and also you can't get them from india as custom officials are very strict and wouldn't understand those herbs.
I wish I were in india and this problem would have been tackled in minutes. I will be visiting India in next christmas vacations and can't wait that long to get rid of this.
Juice might cleanse but does it stop reformation of mucous? and if it is forming due to some infection, can it get tackled by juicing?
