That's interesting. I followed my instincts when I ran out of D3 drops around the same time I started iodine. I wanted my body to have one big piece of information at a time to chew on. I knew I was still D deficient (tests) but I held out and wanted to do Iodine for several months before starting vitamin D again. Let's do a sing along 'listen to your body...' And six months into iodine, I started D again. Huh.
