It had to be a toxocara worm if it was just less than 6 inches and thin and you have taken Humaworm twice you said? HW gets rid of Ascaris if you have that but most people have other infections.

I got rid of toxocara when I used ivermectin and praziquantel together (zimecterin gold experimination), then I went to a Dr and got a vermox prescription and passed some more. Although the vermox treatment has to be taken atleast for 3days, 3 times 2 weeks apart. I myself never saw anything after the first run. Even if it is Ascaris vermox gets rid of them too. Get it as soon as you can.

If you have a rare case of scattered toxocara, albendazole (albenza) is advised

EDIT: I read your story. Your problem is most likely parasites. parasites and candida often co-exist, probably because the body is so weakned. Have you got the candida under control yet? That could be a big reason why your feeling brain fog. Best way to get rid of candida is by gonna on a carbohydrate free diet together with taking anti-candida meds. 1 month of this and its gone.

Do a Liver Flush and see if you get tomatoes- thats flukes. Getting rid of flukes (if you got them that is) will alone help you alot.
