First off, I am quite the all natural nutcase if you will. I cook my own foods and ONLY use Celtic Sea Salt so I don't think I get much Iodine in my foods. I take 1-100 MG. Sea kelp tablet in the morning with my vitamins. (4 hours after my .88 Synthroid)Then in my supplement shake I also include 1/2 tsp. Powdered Kelp and 1/2 tsp. powdered Bladderwrack. Do you think that is too much Iodine?
