It is hard to tell your exact problem(s) - from your description it seems like it could possibly be an "issue' with one specific food. Regardless, fasting and breatharian are two entirely different things. And "fasting" can mean different things to different people. Some people here would say that the only true fast is a water fast, while some would say that a juice fast is the way to go and that Water Fasts are dangerous. Ultimately you need to make the call. I haven't read your history, but what other protocols have you followed? A Water Fast is one of the most extreme protocols here, so in my opinion you shouldn't start into it as a newbie with very little under your belt, although everyone has a different opinion.
