I get sick from eating food :( I am considering Breatharian lifestyle Help me get started!
3 days ago, I almost collapsed after eating a noodle dish at a Chinese restaurant. Apparently, the food was laden with
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and perhaps other toxic
additives that made me feel like I was about to get a stroke. I experienced heart palpitations, cold hands, tingling all over and a blur mind. It's very scary and it took me a total 2 days to get the side effects out of my system.
I realize my body become very sensitive to food. Normally I never have this problem. But since I did a series of detox with aloe vera, and followed the candida diet, my body become much more sensitive with food. I am reading labels now. I don't want to experience this
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) attack anymore. I realize our food is now laden with toxic materials, hormones, chemicals that are poisonous to the body. I don't want to put this in my body anymore. Enough. I am thinking about fasting, juice fasting to get my nourishment from juices and I am very attracted to breatharianism. Where should I starts? Is fasting a good start to get adjusted to this? Share your experiences with me.
