Maybe, but not in normal amounts… One would need to use SSKI and go to high doses.
The problem with that is that Malaria cannot exist without Lead (Lead breaks the enzyme that stops Malaria reproduction) so those high doses may be detrimental by mobilizing too much Lead.

Dengue and its cousin Yellow Fever can be handled via Rife quite easily. Malaria can also be treated but with blood Lead will come back.

BTW: Yellow Fever is weaponized and so is Rift Valley Fever which has similar symptoms as Dengue Fever...
