MMS heals, but in healing it may leave you feeling sick and toxic because you are stirring up (dissolving) toxins that you may have had for years. Mr. Humble says you should take a few drops less until it goes away and then continue slowly again.

This is nothing new, it is totally expected when you take mms. See it like this, if you didn't feel anything you might be healthier than you thought in the first place.
