Re: My lack of success with EMDR?
Hi Vernal. I'm not sure but the EMDR may be covered under your health care .. EMDR is recognized and recommended by the medical profession..
I'm sorry you weren't able to open the link.. Here is one:
http://www.integratedhealth.com/hpdspec/magnesium-oil.html
but there is quite a lot of info on the mag oil if you google it.
I have not heard of the book Emotion Code although I just looked it up on amazon.
It sounds interesting, I wish I could get it from my library but see that none
of them have it.. I am wondering if his method for releasing emotion is that same as applied or specialized kinesiology which does muscle testing as well... I have
tried kinesiology for my problem and it didn't help me at all. As for physically I feel that kinesiology was more effective. Emotionally, EFT is much more effective than kinesiology, at least this was in my experience with the practitioners I saw..
One thing that can help you in the meantime is to journal.. Have you ever journaled before? I know it seems hard.. especially in the beginning, but there is something magic about writing down your thoughts & feelings everyday. There is a release in writing.. Sometimes you can gain an objective view and be better able to understand how you feel, and why, and then be able to sort through the problems better..
You might want to try it, if you haven't.. see if you feel some relief from the stuckness..
Wow- how interesting you live in the same area as this psychotherapist who helped the guy in the video..! Here is her website - her name is Dr. Sara Gilman. Her qualifications are an amazing read..

Please let me know how you are doing? I wish you many many blessings
Take care
