I agree that exercise can definitely help overall, but have any of you experienced shortness of breath and a rapid heartbeat after normal activities? Normally I ride my mountain bike straight uphill for 45 minutes twice a week. It gets my heart working at a rate that I have always been able to handle. Since the Mirena has been out (2 1/2 mos) I've been afraid to test my heart at this level because of the above and also heart palps that I was having last week before ovulation.
