Personally I would do the cleanses in this order........

#1. Colon cleanse.
#2. Gallbladder flush.
#3. Liver flush
#4. 10 to 15 day water-according-to-thirst-fast to finish the job.

Logically, there would seem little point in doing #2 & #3 first if the colon needs cleansing prior to this.
