ANY oil at all makes you ill? Wow. EVen a tablespoon of flax seed oil? Oils are SO essential to getting health back fully, oh dear! :(
Juicing is a fantastic way of doing things naturally because they are concentrated. For the liver/gallbladder/spleen the best one is equal parts carrot/apple and a small dose of beet, about 2
oz or less so you don't cleanse the liver too fast.
Fiber is pretty non-reactive stuff, it just passes thru us. So unless you've been exposed to psyllium thru manufacturing work or working in a hospital, it should be neutral for you. Whole flax seed definitely doesn't react, since, when it's left whole, it's so darn tough that the body cannot digest it!
Berries are very high in fiber.
Edgar Cayce also recommends swallowing a little ball of beeswax for 30 days.
Quinoa is an excellent source of fiber, minerals, etc., and since it's hardly used in our culture is not an allergan. You can eat it like hot cereal, rice pilaf, cold salad like taboule, or put it in soups.
