Re: Has any one else got...

Dhammaboy, I understand what you're saying but do you not see the contradiction? The lips don't have sebaceous glands. But Fordyce's Spots are misplaced Sebaceous glands. So is it not possible therefore that these glands are connected to the problem?

The lips must have some way of obtaining moisture from within otherwise each time a person gets chapped lips they would be knackered.

Could it be that these mis-placed glands, filled with whatever it is they're filled with are part of the inflammation problem?

I've had some success (Limited success admittedly) with Lactoferrin. Which has properties that are anti-acne. Have a read of this:

http://www.acnehome.com/acne-articles/lactoferrin-and-acne.html

And by the way, I didn't have Fordyce's Spots before EC. And it's not because they're now visible due to the Peeling as there are also some in areas slightly above the peeling area which are visible permanently. The peeling area only occurs below the dots.

Fordyce's Spots are fairly rare, EC is extremely rare.

Cases of people having Fordyce's Spots and EC are pretty common. I don't believe this to be a coincidence...
