I'm not obsessed with them. I just don't think it's a coincidence that my EC came on at the same time as them and that loads of people on here have them as well.

I've actually popped a few of them using a pin and they're very similar to a spot.

I think there maybe a similarity between the two in my case. Infection + Inflammation restricting sebum from getting to the outer layer of the lip...
