I have been cleaning it with Colloidal Silver .

I only used peroxide the first time. After that I used coconut oil w/ oil of oregano.
Only problem with that is she will scratch wither her back leg when she thinks I'm not looking and then start licking the coconut from her paw :) Silly dog.

I'll continue to do that, and pick up some ACV on my way home from work...wouldn't hurt to have that around again.
