To detoxify, I would tell you to do a coffee enema.

There are so many different kinds of enemas, it would be hard to say which one is the best. Yes, you can do the enemas while doing the B&P shakes.

Personally, I like to do an Epsom Salt and baking soda enema, but I also prefer the coffee enema.

To kill parasites, do a Black-Walnut tincture enema.
