What is the best enema?

I read in another post, but cannot find it now, that enemas can help with die off symptoms. What is the best type of enema to help with this that does not cause more detoxing symptoms? I read about a baking soda enema: How much baking soda is used for this? Or, is plain filtered water ok? Do colonics do a better job than enemas? I really have a hard time with side effects of cleansing (as per my previous post), and don't want to make things worse!

Also, how often should I do an enema. And can I do them while doing the P&B shakes?
