Knee pain and HBP are trip points.

The body has trip points.

Knee pain and HBP are trip points for being overweight.

These are your early warning indicators.

My wife was on HBP medicine for 10 years.

Went on a diet and lost 20 pounds and was off meds for 10 years.

Has been dieting recently as weight gain has brought back the HBP and she doesn't want to go back on meds.

I have an engineer at work who has learned that if he exceeds 170 pounds (he's short) he starts having knee pain.

Yet he doesn't have a problem with HBP.

You need to figure out how to lose the weight.....soonest.

You may need to lose only 5 or ten pounds for the knee pain, with perhaps more for the HBP.

To Your Great Health,

Savagegrace
