As one of the FOUR who have disagreed so far
I abhor discrimination based on color, creed, religion, sexual preference and just about anything else. I disagree with the post because it seemed to lump everyone who has a problem with Obama into Muslim haters, which is patently absurd:
In which category do you all put yourselves here...check the box:
Bigot and proud?
Just plain stupid?
How about "None of the above"?
I agreed with a lot of what Obama SAID, but politicians say what it takes to get them elected. Another word for that is lying, which is a time honored tradition in politics. Reagan promised to cut taxes, boost military spending and balance the budget and people bought it because it sounded good no matter what. Bush the first told us to read his lips, no new taxes and then promptly reneged. Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman. Was that a Presidential decree that eatin' ain't cheatin' or what?
I agree that there are those who consider Obama a Muslim (his choice for chief of staff and 20 year attendance in a Christian church to the contrary) and others who play the liberal versus conservative game of prejudice and name calling and hysteria that amounts to nothing in a process that is rigged to begin with.
As for myself, I clearly understand that it is a rigged game but feel that even so, if we are to have a President installed by whatever method, he should meet the constitutional requirements of eligibilty. And his failure to prove beyond doubt, which he could easily do, is a big reason that I have problems with Obama. So don't lump me or anyone who shares my concerns into a group of Muslim haters.
