Re: Macular Degeneration

Publishing a list of books and papers to read, won't help those of us who can't read regular print.

A good place to find information is the Foundation For Fighting Blindness. You can go to their website, and read, and or order their quartly newsletter to be mailed to your home.  Bu of course, you need a magnifying glass to read it.

I followed the food plan and the supplements for some months, but the M.D. just kept getting worse for me, so I quit most all of it, and saved my money.  The only things I am still doing, is staying away from sugar, and hydrogenated 'anything.' Also do keep my eyes protected from bright sunlight.

I am so thankful for my internet and computer. It's the only way I can read, and that is something I've enjoyed all of my life.
